In theatre, Redfield has acted in or directed over 200 plays professionally. He studied at Towson University, and UNESCO's Theatre of Nations. Redfield has been a voice actor for many years, narrating audio books, voicing commercials, video games, and narrating documentaries. As an illustrator and painter, his drawings, paintings and cartoons have been shown and collected around the world. With Stuart Voytilla, Redfield is the co-author of "Cult of the Nosferatu", the first novel in the Vampire Hunters Incorporated series.
