Her original pseudonym was Eva, but due to a production error, her real name was accidentally published; at that point she dropped the pseudonym. Zemanova has appeared in a number of U.S. and U.K. pictorial publications (notably Playboy Special Editions and Mayfair). Zemanova married in the autumn of 2003 to a man who Zemanova said was "the first real guy who cared more about my brains and less about my breasts" and retired from modeling. A low-budget British Independent film, Zemanovaload, about a man (played by Ed Byrne) obsessed with the model, was released in 2005.
