She made her film debut with Na Maloom Afraad (2014) and later appeared in Punjab Nahi Jaungi (2017). In 2022, she made her debut as a producer with the romantic drama Tich Button. Her sister, Mawra Hocane, is another popular actress, with whom she launched a clothing line in collaboration with. While born in Karachi, she grew up in Islamabad where she completed her education from Bahria College. She started performing as in theater as a teenager and later worked for ARY Musik as a VJ. She married the famous singer Farhan Saeed in 2016, with their wedding being highly publicized.
