Jamila Chihi debuted at the cinema in two feature films: Mahmoud Ben Mahmoud's Les Siestes grenadine (1999) and Abdellatif Ben Ammar's Le Chant de la noria (2002). In 2005, she obtains the role of Zeineb in the television series Choufli Hal, role that makes it popular with the Tunisian public.
