She debuted in June 2020 under the stage name Haru Ito (伊藤はる, Haru Itō) as an exclusive actress for SOD Create label "Emo Girls". After a brief hiatus, she transferred to Zeal Group and in 2021 she resumed her activities as a based-project actress under the name Lala Kudo. Since then she has often appeared in amateur works without her stage name being credited. Her hobbies include cosplaying.
