Overview
In 1974, Chico, a beloved host of a children’s TV show at the service of a repressive authoritarian regime — is forced to make the most harrowing decision of his life: murder a fellow colleague live on air, or lose the approval of his powerful father. As the cameras roll, the program unravels into a surreal theatre of obedience, repression, and madness.
