Overview

By order of Vittorio Emanuele III, Mussolini is arrested and Marshal Badoglio signed an armistice with the Anglo-American troops, decreeing in fact the end of the alliance with the Germans. Captain Vitale and his men are thus in custody because they were considered enemies of former allies.
