Her other film roles include Tess (1979), Brimstone and Treacle(1982), Wetherby (1985) and Out of Africa (1985). On television, she starred in the ITV drama Wish Me Luck (1988), the BBCmedical drama Casualty (1993–94) and the STV drama McCallum (1995–97).
