He was signed to the American professional wrestling promotion World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he worked in its developmental territory NXT, as well as 205 Live, under the ring name Hideo Itami. He currently works for the Japanese wrestling promotion, New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).
