Together with the 1st Annual Koetama Audition winner, Karin Takahashi, she formed the unit, YURI*KARI, and then made her solo debut with the ending theme for Z/X Ignition. In December 2017, following the release of an album in May 2018 and a solo live concert in June 2018, she announced her retirement from the entertainment industry due to health reasons.
